try a bank, mortgage company, investment house will do just nicely is they don't shred. i've even taken shredded paper and pieced stuff together. AND IT WAS WORTH IT!

with id theft now such a big thing, not like it was just 5 years ago, you could dive in many places and get clean trash. not so anymore, but try even small business that have a high turn-over as they discard many applications.

doctor office locations are good. ones that have many patients. they usually throw away the papers you fill-out being a first time patient after they put the info on the computer.

...i prefer small, independent, income tax businesses. they have small dumpsters, often behind strip malls and out of sight. of course the best time is limited to Jan-Apr of the year. 

when diving you'll know right off if they shred their papers or not by the bags they use.

banks are pretty much out now. they shred. hotel chains are a good source. find those that do much business like around an airport.
